Capitals, SANA- The Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has claimed the lives of 2, 131,564 people worldwide since its outbreak in December 2019.
According to the American Worldometers Website, that the total number of the global coronavirus infections has climbed up to 99,378,858, and the number of recoveries has reached up to 71,541,037.
In Brazil, the Health Ministry announced the registration of 62,334 new coronavirus cases and 1,202 deaths, bringing the death toll to 216,445 cases, while the infections amounted to 8,816,254.
It is noteworthy that Brazil comes in the second place in terms of the number of deaths from the disease in the world after the United States and the third in terms of the number of infections.
